Our engineers on China's shop floors, on your behalf
GLSS is a service company headquartered in Shanghai. We support the procurement of industrial equipment and materials in China and can step in at any stage: if the supplier is not yet selected, we source and qualify a factory; if a contract with a Chinese factory is already in place, we put an inspector and an expediter on site and run the order through to shipment.

Visit model
The inspector comes for the ITP hold and witness points, records the result and leaves. Between visits nobody is watching the factory — the client learns of the problem after the fact.

Our engineer is at the factory from kick-off to shipment: covers every point of your ITP and sees everything in between — shop workload, component deliveries, the real schedule.
The real risk in China is not quality but schedule: the factory gives capacity to its largest order, and the smaller one is pushed back without notice.
